Gentle evening Yoga – Private group class 2-3 people
An open-level class, which is also suitable for beginners, in which we will combine slow mindful movements with deep breathing and relaxing stretches. This class is held in a small group setting and pre-booking is necessary, as there are only 3 spots available. Working in such small groups is really amazing for feeling supported, and being able to get lots of feedback.
The class is held in my living room in St. Just. The price depends with the number of people you come with.

Relaxing morning at Cape Cornwall (not on the 10th of April)
This weekly class is open to anyone, no matter your experience, age or fitness. Yoga is not about achieving a pose, but about connecting with yourself. By practising Yoga regularly we gently strengthen our bodies and learn how to take care of our bodies and mind. With guidance and fun, we will explore movements that feel good and create balance throughout our body and mind.

Yoga & Handstand
Every Friday at 6 pm I teach a mix of Yoga & Handstands. We start with a Yoga flow and then focus on exercises to practice our handstands. Practising handstands does not mean doing handstands for one hour but focusing on different aspects of what makes a stable and healthy handstand. We will train our body tension, spatial awareness, our shoulder mobility and our mind.
The class is for every level. It is a light and cheerful setting and, especially in the handstands part, there is a lot of room for laughter and movement exploration.

AcroYoga class
Together with my partner Tomas, we teach an AcroYoga course. AcroYoga is a mix of Yoga & basic Partner acrobatics. Everyone is welcome, no matter your experience, strength or flexibility. With the correct technique, we can make it work. Feel free to come solo, or to bring friends!
We start with fun warm-up exercises and move on to single poses to later connect them into flows. We teach a mixture of AcroYoga, and standing acrobatics. Your questions and your wishes are always welcome.
When: Every Friday from 19:20 – 20:20

Movement Jam
Once a month we will host a movement Jam session.
It is an open-training without guidance in which you are welcome to use the space for your own training. We will be there to help and give inspiration (if wanted) and train also for ourselves and together with everyone who is there. Some people might do AcroYoga or Handstand or just dance.
